And now another spill on the Lavis Driveway.
Another vehicle, this one with a trailer has spilled its load on the Lavis access road. Again this happened at the bottom end, in view of neighbours.
Since this is the flattest and widest part of the road, one wonders how many spills have already occurred further up the road, out of sight of neighbours with cameras. Sadly, it is further up the road where the greatest risk of contamination of the creek occurs.
If this application is successful, the amount of vehicular traffic will dramatically increase and the risks of further spills will be so much higher.
