Or download this  file  which has all the email addresses

of the councillors as a  simple file that can be opened with

Excel or some spread sheet.

Even better I have  created a "Group Contact" in my address book so that when I mail an email to any councillor it goes to all of them.  Click on " Group Contacts"  to get stepped through how to do it.
